15 HOURS Bulk Discount Support Package

Pre-Paid Bulk SupportPackage is 15 hrs. of pre-paid support at the reduced rate of $160.00/hour during regular business hours M-F  9AM - 5PM CST. 

Many customers use this support option because:

·        Comfort of having support time stockpiled for when you need it.

·        Have a large project that will use a lot of support time at once.

·        Want a discount on regular support rate – save some money!

 

Pre-Paid Bulk Support Package:

·        15 hrs. of pre-paid support at the reduced rate of $160.00/hour during regular business hours M-F  9AM - 5PM CST. 

·        After hours support, if engineer is available, will be billed at the reduced rate of $240.00/hour.

·        Min. purchase of 15 business hours support time for Bulk Discount Support Package Purchase, additional hours of support time may be purchased at the same time in 1 hr increments for the same rate of $160.00/hr. for regular business hours support.

·        Bulk Package expires 2 years after purchase date and is non-refundable.

·        Due to the discounted rate, Bulk Support Package credit cannot be used other products or services.
